
Amlou Pancakes
Ingredients :
- 200 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 300 ml of milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 tablespoons of Amlou (your choice, Amlou'Riginal, Pistachio or Nutty Crunch)
- A little butter or oil for cooking
Instructions :

Preparation of the pancake batter:
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar and pinch of salt.
- Add the eggs, then gradually pour in the milk, whisking until you obtain a smooth, lump-free batter.
- Add the melted butter and mix well.

Cooking the pancakes:
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the hot pan and tilt the pan to distribute the batter evenly.
- Cook the crepe for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden brown and slightly crispy around the edges.
- Repeat with the remaining dough.

Assembly :
- Once your pancakes are ready, spread a tablespoon of Amlou on each still-hot pancake.
- You can add fresh fruit (like bananas, strawberries or figs) for extra freshness and flavor.
- Fold or roll the crepes, then serve immediately.
Trick :
For an even richer taste, you can lightly warm the Amlou before spreading it on the pancakes.
